An inductive leap-Uglies

During the novel uglies the main character Tally made a large inductive leap. She assumed that all pretties are perfect and never doubted that there was no reason to trust them. Tally made this leap because she is very trusting and to a point still very innocent. Tally never questioned anything she had been taught. In the end though it turned out that when you received the operation to become pretty your mind was also manipulated. When Tally learned about this she realized that she was almost to late.
