This quotation demonstrates the side of dreams that are peoples goals. The quotation is trying to say that to be able to move forward and have a future in life you have to try to achieve your goals. It also shows that you have to be able to believe in them and have confidence in yourself before you can achieve them.

"Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives." This quotation talks about dreaming while you sleep. It shows some of what dreaming is like as well. It talks about how you can really be yourself when you dream. How you don't have to worry about it because it is only a dream and nothing can happen that will actually physically hurt you as well as nobody is actually there to judge you.
