Explaining Wordle

1. What is the purpose of your poem? What mood, message or point are you trying to make?

2. What did you do to create this purpose? Discuss your word choice and your decision on the size of particular words in comparison to other words.

3. Did you like using Wordle? Come up with other possible uses of Wordle inside and outside of English class.

The purpose of the poem is to explain some of the main aspects in the book Uglies. But to put more emphasis on certain word which represents more important points as well. The main events in this story so far are that the main character Tally, an ugly is looking forward to an operation. This is a operation that everyone receives when they are 16 years old to become apart of the pretties. Except when her new friend shay runs away she has to find her, or else she can not have the operation. Since those are the main points in the story I made the words Operation, Runaway, Uglies etc all larger. I made the word operation the largest because in my opinion the storyline revolves around the operation and becoming a pretty.  I liked using wordle for the most part because i think that it is a very different and visually appealing way of presenting information and it also allows you to put a larger emphasis and certain points about the story.
In conclusion the point purpose of this poem is to use words that help describe the poem and putting more emphasis on words that represent more important events in the story
